Is everything really free?
Yes. Every guide and course is free to the person using it. Sponsors and donors cover printing and postage.
Can I mail a guide to someone in prison?
Often yes, but every facility has its own mail rules. Check the facility’s mail policy first, or use our mailable black-and-white edition.
How does someone inside sign up for Inside Track?
They can write to Outside Eats, PO Box 290366, Port Orange, FL 32129-0366, ask facility education staff, or a family member can sign them up through this form.
Is this medical or nutrition advice?
No. Our materials are general education. For personal dietary needs, talk with a qualified health professional.
Do I have to go fully plant-based?
No. Use what works for you. We focus on plant foods because they’re affordable and flexible.
Can my organization print and share your materials?
